Can tell you what the requirements you will have to meet are; if you're looking for someone that's able to tell you something like 4 months would be ok but 5 months is too long, I'm not sure you're going to be able to get that kind of certainty.
If there is no absence limit then why will i face problem to get extension if i live most of the time out of the UK with my two British kids and British wife.. And we can provide evidence of two years cohabitation from 3 different sources in both names.. And we can use cash savings as financial requirement
Because the purpose of spouse visa is to settle with your British spouse/family in UK. "E-ECP.2.10. The applicant and partner must intend to live together permanently in the UK."

You would have indicated this intention in your application and will expressly be asked whether you intend to live together permanently in the UK in the extension application. Stating that you intend to live together permanently in the UK and then doing otherwise could be considered a false representation. If you want to live elsewhere and occasionally visit the UK, there are other visa categories available for that purpose.

There is no absence limit, but the residency requirement is an entirely separate consideration. You are allowed to leave the UK and visit other places as often as you like. However, that doesn't change the fact that there is also a requirement in extension applications and for ILR that "the applicant and their partner have lived together in the UK or there is good reason, consistent with a continuing intention to live together permanently in the UK, for any period in which they have not done so."

Remember it is a settlement visa meaning your living and centre of existence or home has to be UK hence why subsequent extension or renewal which ultimately results to BC seeks to check that income in UK (if using yours), evidence of cohabitation with UK sponsor etc.
IF the UK decides to do that, they would hopefully provide further information on how this situation would be dealt with. I'm not aware of any guidance on it that has been issued yet and it's a very dynamic situation. The UK has, so far, not shown any inclination towards banning flights and it's likely this would depend on the risk from the country you are travelling from or others you are passing through on the way. If they cancel flights and ban on entering to UK due to Coronavirus as every country is banning.
what will the procedure to extend my 30 days visa sticker?
Can i extend that limit?
If i can then how much it's fees and what's procedure.

My flight was tomorrow from Pakistan but Pakistan cancelled all the flights from today till 4th of April and my spouse visa validity is 2th of April.. Try to enquire from other airports in different cities as there might be some flights available from there. Of course there is a possibility, but nobody here can provide any certainty if or when that will happen and there are many other things the government is focused on right now. Your best bet for an official answer is probably to try contacting the immigration helpline, the details for which are in the link seagul posted.

As far as I am aware, there is still no guidance relating to those who have been issued entry clearance but are unable to travel to the UK. The most recent official information is at the link below, but is directed primarily at those already in the UK who need to apply for extensions or are unable to leave. I got my ticket on 28 march and my visa expiry date is 2 April.. Question is that will they let me enter to UK? Because someone told me only British is going back to their homes? Will they ask me question why you came here at this situation.. Congratulations on getting the visa and hope your family is well. Did you manage to get together with them?
I have made an application and meet the finance by having savings in Foreign account. Basically I have been holding the fund for more then a year then realised that the bank I was holding it in was blacklisted. So I had to move the money to a approved bank and then made application with my statement from previous bank and the new which covers from September 2018 til now.
Also the rest of the packings are met by benefits my wife receives plus third party guarantor.
Could someone kindly guide me if this can work and what are your experiences. I can provide the amount details if needed for better judgement.
