Surely, any employer who employs a 'Highly Skilled' migrant should 'infer' that the person is NOT prohibited to take up employment... | Cosmopol Member Member # 7165 | Posted February 25, 2004 06:35 AM No, from what I understand, the clock starts from the date in your HSMP visa, so the later you come to the UK, the more difficult it would be to show yourself economically viable. If you come in 10 months, chances are you blew it, unless you are an ESM (Extraordinarily Skilled Migrant), but then you don't need this particular program: they want you anyhow...
