hi,
i need one doubt to be clarified..
if i go to new zealand thru visiting visa can i apply for immigration there.
if yes what is the procedure to be done.
i will be thank ful if u give me the advice.

if you are asking for migration into nz with a pr then yes you can apply but what will you do when comes to required docs probably you may need few from country of residence and country of origin;especially police certs!

if i go to new zealand thru tourist visa or visiting visa can i apply for permanent resident or not.
i have police clearence and medical certificate.
is it possible to apply for PR as and immigrant to new zealand if i go thru visiting visa or tourist visa.
i will be thankful if u give me reply..

i don't think it as simple as you have imagined;just go on a visit submit the application and stay there to get pr;pr process i believe will take 3-6 months;

to be more sure email to the nz immi office or visit their web site!

Hi Mandava

You are not allowed to apply for "immigration" from within NZ and must lodge the application from your home country.
