Hi
Today I have got this mail from embassy. I am really confused, that under what rules I m going on be assessed on .
Is this email means that I’m going to be assessed under new rules (IRPA) or old one’s?
Or they are trying to know which one is more favorable for me to get me to assess?
and if they are assessing me on IRPA then why they are not assessing me on old one after September 18, 2003,amendments????

Plz guide me.
Best regards,
Sam

I too do not exactly know that Why Embassy has demanded Orignal Documents at this pre-mature stage. But one is clear that they are counter checking your facts by the references made by you in the application. Good luck to you.

They are asking about your ex-employer and to provide originals to assure that your credentials are not fake. Unfortunately about 70% applicants from your part of the world submit fake evidence to support their claims. Do what you are asked to do or say goodbye to your visa...
