I thought we would need to provide much more documentation for the application! But it seems uneessesary. Did you just put N/A when it asks about employment and money etc? YES; THAT'S RIGHT.
Did you also state that you would be moving to the uk? YES; SEE BELOW
Also not sure weather to write job seeker or unemployed on the application? YOU DON'T NEED TO MENTION THIS ANYWHERE ON THE EEA FP APPLICATION - I DID NOTE THAT I WANTED TO TRAVEL TO THE UK IN MY COVER LETTER THOUGH.

Thanks for your help, so nice to have found someone who has been through this ordeal! How did it feel renouncing your brit cit? So frustrating waiting for that document! I've written a couple of emails to enquire about my application but no answer, hope it comes soon

I also have no feeling as to renouncing my citizenship as it really does just feel like a piece of paper.

So I have been going over the application.
What is your main purpose for going to the uk? Should we write to move? TO TRAVEL TO THE UK WITH MY XXXX (YOUR CITIZENSHIP) PARTNER/HUSBAND/WIFE ETC.
How long do you intend on staying in the uk? Should we write indefinitely? I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT WE WROTE HERE TO BE HONEST (MAYBE IT WAS 'UNDECIDED') BUT I DON'T THINK THIS IS SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN REJECT YOU FOR. AS LONG AS THE UK IS PART OF THE EEA YOU CAN BE THERE AS LONG AS YOU LIKE.

Im also worried how I can prove that I live abroad with my partner, there is nothing in my name! DO YOU HAVE A VISA IN YOUR PASSPORT FOR HER COUNTRY? CONTRACT FROM WORK? FLIGHT TICKETS? THIS ISN'T A BIG ISSUE ACTUALLY. YOU SAY 'PARTNER': ARE YOU MARRIED OR IN A CIVIL PARTNERSHIP OR ARE YOU DURABLE PARTNERS WHO HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR 2 YEARS?

OUT OF INTEREST, WHAT'S YOUR OTHER CITIZENSHIP? (THIS DOESN'T AFFECT ANYTHING...I'M JUST CURIOUS!)

We are married and we have our certificate translated.So the permit is for my husband
My mother was born in Poland and I decided to apply for citizenship and luckily I got it! A little strange being a citizen of a country where I don't even speak the language but if it means we can be togtheter with our child in the UK then so be it.
I have a stamp showing my entry into my husbands country from march in my british passport, should I photocopy that? So I've been living outside the Uk since then.

The submissions officer was extremely nosey, asking personal and uneessesary questions. They asked my husband why there was no financial evidence and he explained the law and they still suggested he must submit his bank statements! Also annoyed about the passport anyway ......
The wait is killing me! I hope all will be alright.......
