Re: Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence

you dont have a tier 2 licence. U have a tier 2 visa. to get the visa, you were assigned a COS and that is used for you to apply visa. I understand .. That was a typo. the employer can not use that cos to issue a visa to anyone else. if they want to sponsor someone else, they need to request an ...

Afternoon experts/forum members. I had a generic question on Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence, please advise if this needs to go to a different forum. I have been given a Tier 2 General visa through my employer. Soon I will be applying for an ILR. Assuming my application goes through, wanted to know what ...

Tier 2 Partner Work Eligibility

Experts, I remember there was a page on old UKBA website where there was more information regarding Tier 2 Partner work eligibility requirements. I have seen through the 2 links (see below) and can see a line stating 'can work but not as a practising doctor'. If you guys are aware of any further ...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - Advice please

Think about it this way - realistically, it takes AT LEAST two months to change jobs (RLMT, if applicable, time for application, notice period, etc...) by which time it will be the beginning of April. With one month to go before ILR, is it worth the stress and hassle to you?? If the answer is 'yes ...

Re: Employer sponsor ILR?

What do you mean by 'sponored' . Do you mean they pay for it? Sponsoring is indirect, I think...as the ILR approvers check if the person is employed or not. Officially no employer can sponsor as is evident from the fact there is no such page in the application form Thank you. Thats correct. It was ...

But is there anybody who has been sponsored by the Employer? I understand it depends on how good the relation between the individual and the company ...
