What did you eventually submit for this?
Do we need to mention this in the cover letter that I'm submitting current BRP to prove this?

Re: Expired IELTS certificate and few other queries

Hiya, Did you have to take IELTS again or the old one was sufficient? I'm in the same situation as my test centre isn't listed any longer and I'm soon applying for ILR.

No evidence. You are relying only on the period of your Tier 2 visa for ILR
Do we need to mention this in a cover letter so that it's clear?

I need to know if Tier 2 visa holders can travel in/out of the country after the transfer date (i.e. the date of transfer from Company A to Company B) until ...

Sorry, I just meant that is there any way to track the status of my visa as it has been more than 4 weeks now?
And do they redeliver the documents or leave a note if we're not at home and miss a delivery of visa related documents?

Re: In-country Tier 2 application timelines

No, I didn't send my salary slips as they didn't ask for it in the online application. They just asked for the cover letter, BRP, bank statements, photographs etc. However, I have sent my bank statements which would show my salary for 3 months. Do we have to send the salary slips as well? Was your ...
