i cant get any family application as they mention in website. IT simply doesn't have any option to select individual or family process. What should i do- fill and print separately and apply? Will they consider this as a family application or charge everything separately ?

i gor PR after 5 years of HSMP. My spouse had her IELTS test on 2010 in London for HSPC registration and got average 7.0. usually IELTS exam report expired after 2 years. Can i use this as proof of English or should i go for NARIC report ?
