Re: 10 years long residence applications

Well in case you're applying for SET ( LR ), you're allowed to apply 28 days before your 10th anniversary, which in your case will be 17th of April onwards, so well within your existing visa :) .. Hope this helps! Cheska Congrats again, happy for you. Mine is 15 days short of clocking 10years. I ...

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Congratulations Gameover, Glad it's all out of the way for you. Turnaround under a month, not bad at all by HO standards
Also thank you so much for your regular updates. They've been extremely helpful, to me at least.
Good luck with everything!

Regards
Cheska

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Hi Gameover_786, Thank you so much for your response! I'm glad to see, that it took them around 4 weeks to invite you for biometrics. I'm hoping this is standard :D. How long have you been given to respond to the biometric invitation? You also mentioned that you'll enrol biometrics for your ...

Any Timeline update, regarding acknowledgement letter, biometrics etc. will be much appreciated. I applied for FLR (FP), no dependants, on 29th Dec ...

Also what sort of employer letter you're including with your application? I'm applying for same in about 4 ...

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Also re: above post, does my situation seem straightforward enough to make an in person ILR application?

Zee Ali, you mentioned Sheffield PEO, has any forum member successfully made this application there and is there a link to the post? I searched for it but couldn't find anything.

Thanks,
Cheska

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Hi Haris_zam, thank you for your response. Glad to hear that some one has successfully varied their application to ILR at a PEO. Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Hi Gameover, thanks for that. I am also considering making the FLR ( FP ) application without a solicitor to make up my shortfall between 1/1/16 to 9/2/16. I was going through the forums and discovered that SET (LR) can be applied at a PEO as well. I was wondering if I could get away with making an ...

Re: Long residence - short of a couple of months

Thank you Zee Ali and Gameover for your responses.

FLR (FP) it is then.
Gameover, are you using a solicitor to make your application?
Also how much is the visa fees for FLR ( FP) including the IHS surcharge? I have no dependants.

Thanks,
Cheska
