Many Thanks for your help. I have decided to use a company (agent) who will send the passport to HC on my behalf and charge me for the services.

I am glad to find out that I dont need to pay HO again for stamp.

Dear Ammu, Yes you should be able to apply now for FLR. Perhaps a senior member can guide you properly. I dont want to give you advice which i am not 100% sure. Irene, You should get a refrence number very soon. Although from expereince i can say that even if you dont get a refrence number by email etc you can always call them to inquire about it. Yes i did leave in Sep 2003 and came back in Nov 03 with WHM. My student visa expired in Sep 30th 2003 (i left on 29th Sep).

Then applied for Work permit (out of country application) as well. So this way i cant apply next year then?
