I think it should be fine. If you use the Points based calculator, with option as extension of Stay, It does give the option to use the overseas earnings. Points to consider though is we cant use uplift factor and ofcourse need of multiple extensions for ILR. Even I am in the same boat with visa ...

I think overseas earnings can be used for extension applications.

point 135 and 136 has reference to that. we cannot make any uplift calculations to the earnings for extension applications.

2. Is there a clause that minimum 16K earnings has to be in UK and rest can be in overseas too. Is that correct? That clause is to get 5 points for UK experience and that will be changing to 25K from 6th April. Thanks guys. But in my case i should get 5 points under UK experience for 16K itself ...

Hi,

I lost my original degree certificate a few years back. The University has sent me a duplicate copy of the same. It has all the authorized seal and signatures on it. Will it a problem in HSMP Approval.Please let me know
