Yes, apply for a new visa. Is there any particular reference to UKBA rules which would allow this ? Basically to make sure that the application is not returned if the visa will be applied where there are still 2 months left on the current visit visa and risk losing fee (ca £600). I don't see ...

My question was related to SET(M) application.

Now looking at the form/guidelines, it asks for 3 months (minimum)

M2000.. I am still wondering about the salary question I asked earlier. As a company director, did you just put down your basic salary per month?

Whatever. I urge anyone else in the situation described in the original post, however, to read the analysis from the HoCL specialists above ("Posted: Tue May 15, 2012 6:45 pm") carefully, and continue monitoring this thread, where I will post the reply from UKBA when I get it (via my MP). Thanks guys for your replies. The processing times link below does not work. Few remaining points: 1. I understood your point about the applicants NADRA CNIC. It seems that it's just required for application submission at the VAC. There is no need to enclose the ID card with the application. 2 ...

Hi, I have a few questions which will require some responses from the learned members: 1- Is there a reference to a documentation that requires the applicant's birth certificate to be submitted?
