Hi Beever,

I applied for FLR (HSMP -->Tier1) on 30th April and still awaiting decision.

Just wanted to reassure that there are indeed other people out there, just like you, who are in the same predicament.

Goodluck to all of us.

Hello,

may I ask how you got hold of the caseworker's (and her manager's) Email ID?

Could you post here the contents of one of those Emails?

Thanks.

The pay slips and the bank statements are all you need. Make sure you highlight the relevant transaction on each bank statement.

As long as you have provided the correct employer contact details for any verficiations you should be fine.

Goodluck.

The date on your last bank statement can be no later than 1 month prior the the date of your application.

Example - Say your bank statment is dated 25 June. You can use this statement as long as your application reaches the HO before 25 July.

GoodLuck.

No, beacause a Master's Degree takes no more than 2 years.

You will need to provide evidence that you have done a degree (equivanlent of UK Bachelor's), which has taken atleast 3 years, where the medium of instruction is English.

So for anyone applying for extension from the day after the JR judgment until such time that BIA publishes some guidance, it is only BIA's fault if they issue a Tier 1 extension (under Tier 1 criteria). The applicant cannot be held responsible for BIA's contempt of a judicial ruling and failing to ...
