Further to previous advice, when you refer to another 'relationship' in the UK, was this a marriage/civil partnership which hadn't been legally dissolved at the time. :?:

Also, you will be unable to sponsor a spouse until you have Indefinite Leave to Remain at the end of your 10 year route to settlement. :idea:
