hi, Just for the benifit of others! application sent - 23/03/2009 received at home office - 24/03/2009 fee deducted 31/03/2009 reference no letter dated 01/04/2009 letter received - 05/04/2009 after 6 weeks - awaiting consideration yesterday - under consideration today - docs dispatched!

i had submitted 2 different sources - now i am thinking that I have not paid my council tax and that might be the reason - normally the status goes from under consideration to awaiting further consideration and then under consideration again - I dont know y my case never went to under further ...

today evening - docs dispatched!

I dont know why it never went to under further consideration etc -

does that mean that it has been rejected??

initial application switching from fresh talent scotland visa to tier 1 - - - matt, i remember u submitted ur app around the same time and ur fee was debitrd around the same time as mine... what is the status of ur application?

hello ppl, I applied for my tier 1 on 23/03/09 and my application is still awaiting consideration. I am fed up calling them and telling them that according to the ukba website my application should have been considered by now! but for some reason it is still awaiting consideration I sent in an UT ...

hi I faxed over my UT to HO @11:36 - I called them just now and they said that they do not have any info if the UT request has been received. I do have the fax confirmation though and hopefully they will process my application soon!

here is my timeline thus far!!

application sent to HO - 23/03/2009

Received at Ho 24/03/2009

Payment Processed - 31/03/2009 ( paid by cheque)

reference letter - not yet received!

maybe it was my bank - the fee got deducted today!!! FINALLY!!! now its just a matter of waiting!

i called my bank.... they havent received anything.. they say that the cheque has not been "applied" to my account after which it can take upto 5 working days to clear. they also told my that there has definately been no cheque rejection!
