Here's my summary I had an 10 am appointment in liverpool. I arrived at 8:30. Process initiated directly @ 8:30 from security check etc . ILR DUe and eligiblity

Hi All,

I presume my ILR is Due this month . My visa has provided from 21st feb2009 and i have entered within 90 day of the visa .

Could you please let me know from when i will be eligble to apply . Thanks for all your help in advance.

Regarding my degree as i have claimed the points using my degree and it is equivalent to uk English and i could view the same in points based calculator. name and surname swap is quite common - this is because the LIUK online registration form asks for family name first and then given names. this should not be an issue at ILR because the the certificate also contains date of birth, place of birth and passport/driving licence number. also check the ...
