I agree, having a criminal record because of a wrong ticket is ridiculous.
I believe they sew a few people just so that other would be scared.

Yes, I do have valid from.
It was issued something about July 2007 but was valid from Sep 2007.
So I will put valid from date.

You have also used a word "consequtive".
Definition for consecutive is: in succession, without interruption

So it is so confusing, that is why I want to make sure.
