I have a job, however can not increase my hours due to the cost of childcare. I am hoping that my partner will look after our son if h...

Sorry to go on but am really stressed about this.

Where you say 'if neccesary', do you mean by that, that we put in correct info and then only provide the evidence if asked?

Thank you again

Western Union use carbon copy paper (I think this is what it is called) so you get a copy of the details and they keep the front page and give you the copy page. The page will show the receivers details the senders details, the amount expected and where you are expecting the money to come from ( cou...

would this lead to a refusal under rule 320 7a

Would having put unintentionally on a previous visa the wrong names of my fiances parents lead to a new visa application to be submitted once we are married to be refused under immigration rule 320 7a?

Thanks Kitty for your reply regarding the phone bills. In regards to the wrong information, it was the names of his parents that I got wrong and I made an error with his mum's date of birth. What exactly is meant by 'additional benefits'? Am I right in thinking that it means if you claim for example child benefit, child tax credit and working tax credit and can support yourself on this plus earnings from work then this is fine but if due to your spouse coming to the UK you would then ne...

accomodation and spouse visa

Sorry another question!

I pay rent to my parents every month but as it is my parents we don't have a rental agreement or anything like that. How is it best for me to show in the application that I pay this money? It will show up on my bank statements as I transfer the money to them.

Thanks again.
