Better to contact them first, when I phoned they said they can issue replacement card in 2 weeks time and in my case I got it in 5 days time.

I had a similar problem, my valid until date was printed as may 2011 which should be may 2013. I have posted back to Bristol address got my corrected card back in less than 5 working days (posted on 20may2011 received on 25th may 2011).
