All, Thanks for all I went for PEO at croydon today, 25th feb 2014, ILR was approved employed + selfemployed(from 2011)....Got it just in 30 minutes I have submitted all the NI2 payment docs and tier1 extension self employed tax paid statements.....i didnt give them any chance submitted all the self ...

I entered UK 67 days after my visa approved ie, on 68 th day entered uk ...........

so is it 4 years 9 months ...or 4.10 months( I am on holiday total 74+7 days = total 81 days)

I got my visa approved from 3 March 2009 1) first entered UK on 9 May 2009 -- 2) went for my marriage to Home country 13 July 2012 - returned 25 sep 2012 3) went for my home country on 28th sep 2013 - and returned back 6 oct 2013 My visa expires on 3 March 2014.........am applying on 90 days...route ...
