I think with the UKBA it depends on who the caseworker who is dealing with your application and the your UK immigration history, in terms of how long your application is processed. My ILR took 5weeks to be processed from the day I got my acknowledgment letter from the UKBA. I know postal ...

Biometric card question

In 2010 february I went and did the biometric process and got a biometric card for my visa instead for it to be stamped in my passport. Will the HO have record of this as when I renewed my visa in the June 2010 I had to end the Biometric card and they stamped a visa in my passport. I am worried that ...

Hello I wanted to make an inquiry, I am going to apply for 10 year long residence ending Dec 2011. In 2003, my visa extension was refused but I appealled aganist their decision as it was the UKBA fault on their part and I was granted a visa after the appeal. Will this affect my 10 years long ...
