My wife has valid tier 2 dependant visa till May-2015. But I have already left the country. Can she work in UK even if I am not in the country?

Is it necessary that I have to be in UK then only she can work in UK?

Hello mate, I am almost falling in the same case as yours, could you please tell me if you have any response to your message & any such case was approved for ILR. I have 10 months of break but can divide that in 12 month period.. but CANNOT show UK salary.. any help is appreciated.. thanks Kumar
