Thank you everyone :)

Dear all, thank you so much for your kind words, you guys are so nice :) I really feel bad that they gave me the ILR so quickly & I don't think I deserve the quick service to be honest. If I could I would ask them to process my application later so that people like shahshah could have theirs ...

DD202 Well done, Did you bribe BA to get it so quickly? Not sure what I did right/wrong but I was pleasantly surprised to find the BRP card in my post today. I feel a little bad because there are people in this forum who have been waiting much longer than me sometimes as long as 8 months & still ...

ILR Granted!!! :)

Dear All, I have some good news to share, I have had my ILR granted. Received my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) today by post. Documents still waiting to receive. Took the UKBA roughly 3 months to process my application which is really unusual, I was expecting to wait longer! I wish everyone best ...

Please enter my timeline into sky drive

Can anyone please enter my timeline in sky drive? I posted previously on this forum that my first application was FLR(O) which was sent on 08/08/2012, acknowledgement received on 10/08/2012, payment method was banker's draft. I then varied the FLR(O) with the SET(O) application in September while ...

No gaps at all. Came in may 2002 student then PSW for 2 years and then hsmp for 2 witch is valid till July 13. But I completed 10 years before my hsmp expires. You have nothing to worry about Khall75. Your case seems straightforward to me. I am not entirely sure how the UKBA prioritize settlement ...

Well guys; it seems everyone here is a pawn on a political chess board! The UKBA refused to answer freedom of information requests for statics up to the end of November, and they are out now on the 29th. The only remarkable thing there is that there has been a reduction in everything, including the ...

It has been over six months now, when I called last week, I was asked to wait as my application is pending! ! I knew that already I wanted to know what's going on with it, but they simply don't know! I feel broken God give us strength! They keep telling everyone "you need to wait". It's useless to ...

But there was a slight problem, my existing leave on Tier 2 fell 3 weeks short of 10 years minus 28 days. So I had to consult a solicitor who advised me to apply with FLR(O) before ...
