The HSMP telephone line not that much busy, when two months back I used to dial 20 to 30 times to get connected. Now (last week I made 4 calls) it is with 1 or two dial it will be answered.

The condition is improved.

My understanding is the 50% of the first 4 week is included in 90%(within 13 weeks). They may complete 100% within 26 weeks. Cumulative calculation.

It depends on your mode of payment. They will send the email only after clearing the money.

If the payment is with credit card on the next day you will receive the email.
