That will meet B1 in addition to LIUK. Does this mean that I dont have to give the ESOL Entry Level 3 or equivalent test? A quick question on English Language requirement...

I probably will apply for ILR on April 2014 and before I came to UK, 2 years ago, I did my IELTS and I managed to score 6.5. Do I have to give the English Test equivalent to ESOL Entry 3 again?

Can you confirm that you have leave as the partner of a settled/British person? My Visa type is Spouse/CP of <my wife's Name> and everyone I asked to abt it says its provisional ILR visa. I am quite not sure about it. My partner has ILR (she is a daughter of a Gurkha). Thank you for acknowledging :)
