EVisa of my ILR showing wrong status

EVisa of my ILR showing wrong status

Hi,

I recently have an email from HO to create an account for EVISA

after I did I use the link to prove my immigration status and it is still showing my previous status which expires on November this year

Status Skilled worker
Valid from 5 October 2021
Valid until 6 November 2024

The thing is I have applied for ILR and granted with my new BRP on December 2023

What should I do? is this normal

I guessed that what would happen. The HO is notorious when it comes to their IT systems.
This was a key reason I spent the money on citizenship.
I had similar issues before with the RTR and RTW services. Ring their support number they are able to look at your file on CID/ATLAS and ask for support.
When it happens to me it took them a couple of months to fix.

Meanwhile, make sure you have your ILR BRP and decision letter safe.

I ran into the exact same issue. Wanted to check if the solution worked? How long did it take?

I was just on a call with Home Office. Unfortunately, they can't do anything at the moment. A further email will be sent out later this year. This issue should be resolved by then. So, please keep your BRP and ILR confirmation email safe.

Hi, Have you been able to resolve your issue? I discovered the same problem with mine today! I have ILR but it shows my previous immigration status on 'Global Talent'.

Mine got fixed by calling the UK Visas and Immigration Contact Center. It got fixed in a week.

I have encountered the same issue where, after registering my UKVI account, my eVisa shows my last BRP information, just like yours. I contacted UKVI at +44 0300 790 6268 (Press 3, then 2, then 2). The representative I spoke with mentioned that there is a technical issue causing my current eVisa to link to my previous BRP card instead of the current one. She has forwarded my details to their technical team to correct this. While this process may take some time, the good news is that the technical team has been informed.

I had same issue a week back and reported it to UKVI techncial desk and got an email today of status being updated.

Got the issue resolved in a week.
