For EUTR1 this unusual. They are obliged to issue all qualified family members temporary stamp 4 while waiting for their final decision unless you provided them insufficient documents(eg. EU citizen employment)
By the email they sent you, you have provided them what they asked for. You need to tell them you haven't received temporary stamp 4 and you need to work/study.
Send them a registered letter and a new email again(don't reply on what they already sent you). Remember to include your application number, personal
number, address and name
The subject should be;
EUTR1 - Temporary stamp 4
Will do it right away.
Thank you very much for your help!
I hope you are keeping well.
I just received response to email regarding temporary stamp 4 request, I was told that;
-my application currently lying with the deciding officer, Correspondence will issue in due course.
Does this mean another couple of months?
I have been waiting for over 7 months now.
Thank you for your time and help!
Give it 4 weeks and if you don't hear from them contact them again since they didn't even issue you a temporary stamp 4 which you have right to, as a qualified family member. The mistake you made was not contacting them when you didn't hear from them after 1 month you submitted.
I think with your case and from their reply, they will issue you the final decision "Stamp 4EUFam" not temporary stamp.
I am so appreciated your answer, hopefully will hear something in 4 weeks, if not will contact them again as you advised.
Thank you again,
Have a great weekend!
No, she is still working at same place. We didn’t change anything in our life, still same job, same address etc.
Thank you!
