Why do you think these documents are needed? Where did you see they are required?
The last page of the application form (form AN) lists the supporting documents required.

As Jambo has already said, read the list of documents required on form AN....but how are you applying for British Citizenship when your profile shows you only arrived in February 2012? You won't qualify for BC until Feb 2015, assuming you're married to a British Citizen.

Requirements for a BC application may well change before 2015. Have you applied for your ILR yet?

maxiy wrote:Dear All,
I'm looking to apply for the BC next year and got the below issues about TAX :
- I have use my savings for the last 2 years with no UK income or employment at all.
- The Savings was transferred as 2 times to a UK bank account at the beginning of my stay
- Speaked with Tax advisors and told me that I don't need to submit any tax info as I have no UK Taxable income and If i do this it will be useless.
My Question here, can I apply to the BC with no Tax documents or employments at all or this should make problems for me.
In the same time, I'm not receiving any benefits
Do I have to be economically active or no , do they will need to see my tax returns or no ( If I got one )
All advice are welcome.

You do not need to be employed.

So long as you did not evade paying taxes there should be no issue.
