Hi All

I am confused when i seen the UKBA site because I cannot fit myself in any of the 5 catogories of documents to proof 5 yr period.
Now I am currently awaiting ILR.
My story is that I was in Uk more than 8 yrs already. I understand that I should apply, under "standard requirement" as my ILR will be following "unmarried spouse" basis.
My 5 yr start from Oct 2008 and can apply after Oct 2012, Am I correct?
Now the prob is I had unmarried spouse visa from 2010 to 2012 Oct
prior to that I had student visa.
I was working from May 2009 untill today
I was not working prior to that
So when i refer to the document list under 5 sections, WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I SHOULD SEND TO PROOF 5 YR STAY.?
Many Thanks for spending time to help me

Your passport(s) could be evidence for the 5 years. The 5 years are counted from date of application going backwards 5 years.

Please note that you need to hold ILR for 1 year before applying.

Thank you

Thank you for the info so should i show any P60 tax payments and spouse passport etc or I only have show general document section that every body have to show and then for the 5 yr stay proof as you say passport.
Yes I am aware that i have to wait for 1 yr in ILR.

Many Thanks

check the last page of the application form (form AN). It lists what is required.
