When I will get appointment for NCS? My 12 months period of ILR will complete on 1 march 2013. When I can get appointment for NCS, Can I get appointment 28 days before 1 march 2013 for NCS Check?

I fail to understand why you have titled it "urgent".

There is no 28 days rule for naturalisation. Just call NCS (you can use anyone in the country) to ask for availability.
