What kind of domestic and international checks does the UKBA conduct for the good character requirement?

i beleieve they will do enhance CRB including cautions and they will ask you for PSNI clearence if you have lived or are living in NI and if they suspect anything. They might also ask you to come to Liverpool for interview and if you don't come then they will ask your local police to conduct the interview IF HO will suspect anything wrong.
