about british citizenship

hello, i need ur help my dear friend, i came to uk with spouse visa
i want to appy to british citizenship but i m so confused
i know i have to stay in uk least 3 year
i came to uk 18th sep 2010
and i passed my life in uk test
and i have my ILR 30 october 2012
so may i have to wait 1 year after get my ILR, or can i apply after 18 september 2013
pls help

I assume you are the spouse/civil p of a bc? If so then yes you must have been physically present in the uk 3 years before the HO receive your application as well as meeting the other requirements.

You can apply after 18 September 2013. No need to worry about new language test that starts in October!

You only need to be settled, having been granted ILR. There is no requirement to have ILR for 12 months providing you are married/civil p to a bc.
