Hi all
Naturalization as a BC spouse required 3 years stay in UK.Could you please confirm whether this can be including visiting visa period as well or it should be BC dependent only.

Your advice will be much appreciated

Any legal stay but for those exempt from immigration control I,e, diplomats. Your visit visa stay can count.
