i need some advice from experts and experienced friends please. i have submited my naturalisation application on 8 may 2013 and have not received any respond yet.1. would i get refund for the application fee if i give up and ask for my document back if its not prossesed yet? 2.if it s possible , what is the best way to do it? i hope i am clear. thank you in advance.

You shouldn't have to wait much longer. You could have used the NCS and you would have got to keep your documents.

thank you for your reply. i understand what you mean. i have used NCS and had my document back. what i meant was would i get fee refund if i contacted HO that i want to cancel my application. any idea please.

You will only get the ceremony fee (£80) back if you withdraw the application but why would you do that? Did you decided you don't want to become British?
