Hello,
I am a director of Ltd Company, and applying for BC next week. I am planning to include Latest HMRC Statement of account. Do we also need to include NIC (National Insurance Contributions)?

The reason i ask is in my HMRC statement of account there is nothing included about NI (I was told that it only includes tax) and when i went for my ILR interview last year at Birmingham PEO, i was asked for NI Contribution, but case worker was good she answered her own question. She said because of salary i take as director i don't have to pay any NI.

Apologies if this was query was posted. Did a search but cant find one similar post.

What is required is the most recent HM Revenue & Customs Self Assessment Statement of Account.

Though, if you're employed then you would just need to state the UTR. Nothing stopping you from doing both.

Yeah , i do take salary as a director, which means i am employed as well as director. Like most of People do here, i take dividends and salary as director.
