any help regarding aplying for citizenship?

hi all
i wounder if someone can help with this,i got my ILR on th 30/05/2013 on 2years residency as spouse of british citizen and i want some one to help me regarding the applying time or citizenship and below some dates to help:
22/12/2010 arrived in the uk for 6 monthes visit visa till 10/06/2011 then got my limited leave to remain on th 16/06/2011 and arrived in the uk 22/06/2011 then got ILR on th 30/05/2013 so when i will be able to apply for my citizenship?
