I need a help to check if a person received a simple caution of common assault on Feb 2012. My friend is bit confused with regards to his neutralisation application, if he can apply his british neutralisation now or he has to wait till Feb 2015. He received his ILR on Nov 2012 as BC spouse.
As his legal advisor says he can apply at his own risk as simple cautions are not criminal conviction.
Recently he has done his enhanced DBS and nothing has come in the report?
