Minor's birth certificate in Hindi

Hi,
I am due to apply for my daughter's naturalization soon. She is a minor and was born in India. Her birth certificate, which is one of the documents that I need to submit, was issued in Hindi.
Is there a need to get this certificate translated to English? If so, where should I get this done?
