I'm a stateless refugee.
I have only Home Office travel documents.
In the last 12 months I did travel outside the UK for only 5 days.
There is a period in the last 12 months when I was not working not on benefit (JSA)! This period was from 23/09/13 until 14/02/2014!
Tha staff in the NCS is asking me to bring a letter to prove that I was present in the UK in the last 12 months!
I said I have only travel document issued by home office.

Can you help me how can I prove that?

Do you get receive any utility bills on your name?

I have talktalk land line & broadband bill?

But aren't the travel documents enough to prove the actual presence in the uk?

I believe Home Office travel documents is similiar to any passport, meaning that you get stamps for entry to a country, right?

In the last year you are allowed to be out of the UK for up to 90 days and in your case you have been 5 days and you have your travel document to prove that. How long have you had your travel document for?

I was not working & not on any benefit from 23/09/13 to 14/02/14.
I've got the travel doc 04/11/13.
I will submit my application in 6/04/14

If you don't mind me aksing, how long have you been stateless refugee?

Since I come to the country I've recognized as a stateless refugee.!

I would think that if you can provide bank statements or utility bills for the past 12 months than it should be enough to prove your presence here for the last 12 months along with your travel document.
