I was about to take esol B1 entry level 5 test. But after going through some of members time line, it looks like we can use UK degree as exemption,I have UK Masters degree (@UEL), how can i use that ?

1) UK Masters is enough, along with a printout from points calculator showing 10points awarded to your degree, this is just to show UK NARIC has your uni and course listed in their database. Strictly speaking you dont even needed this printout, but no harm.

2) Life in the UK Exam certificate..
These two should staisfy.. Why B1 entry level 5 test?

There was a small goof up during my documents verification
. I was applying for registering my daughter (form MN1 -- birth in UK) as well along with my naturalisation. In the reference and identify section one of the referees wrote as 'Son of Work Colleague' instead of 'Daughter of Work colleague'. The NCS coordinator called someone to check what needs to be done and i was asked to write in the additional comments section that it has been mentioned incorrectly. Hope it wont be a problem..however fingers crossed!!!

Application under discretion mentioned "Chapter 18 Annex B paragraph 7.5(g)"
ILR Date: 07 July 2013 (Applied after 8 months of ILR)
Eligibility criteria: HSMP + Tier 1 (General) + ILR for 8 Months
Language criteria : Expired IELTS
Current nationality: Pakistani
Method of application: NCS
Council name if NCS used: Manchester City
Date of application: 11/07/2014
Payment method CC/DC, Personal cheque, Bankers cheque etc: CC
Date of receipt by UKBA: TBC
Date of acknowledgment: TBC

The NCS guy was not aware about the rule mentioned in Section 7.5 (g) so he asked me to wait and confirmed with he boss. Even boss was not aware about this but after showing them my correspondence with UKBA they agree to accept my application.
