Decision not received - but followup survey received???

Curious if this has happened to anyone else - I submitted my citizenship application a few months back and received confirmation of receipt on May 1st. So far I haven't received anything further, *but* last week I got an email saying something to the effect of "as you have now received a decision on your application, would you take 5 minutes to complete our online survey about your experience?"
So maybe this is just a system error, but I'm a little worried that my decision letter was lost in the post - and as far as I know, there's no way to check the status of my application?

Call and ask for the status, explain that you received that email.

I assume you applied in Apr..
Some if not all applicants have received the ceremony letter whoever have applied in Apr .. may be as you say u have lost it .. be quick

update: found the number
ok so my application is indeed complete and they apparently mailed me on july 17th so hopefully it's working its way through the post now. didn't say if it was successful or not
