Hi
I have got my souse visa on november 23/11/2011 but i arrived in the UK on 15/12/2011 and i have received my ILR on 18th november 2013.
I am planning to apply for my british citizenship this year and Home office Guidance is quite misleading and confusing, and the answers are not straight forward.

First can i apply on 18th november 2014 for citizenship or i need to wait till 15th dec 2014 ????

I know i have to provide these requirements :
Marriage certificate ,
HMRC
3Have been in the UK for 3 years on any legal visa status and have ILR on the date of application
Have been present in the UK on the date 3 years prior to the application being received by the Nationality Directorate
Not have been absent from the UK for more than 270 days in those 3 years
Not have been absent from the UK for more than 90 days in the immediate 12 months before application
Be of good character
Pass the British Citizenship test/ Life in the UK Test
Have sufficient knowledge of English, Welsh or Gaelic
Have an intention to live in the UK
Be over 18 years old

I know all that !

My question is now that to apply for citizenship , for ILR I have provided the home office with the assets i own and my husband company documents and our bills like council , electricity, gas etc, pictures together our Travel bookings (hotels & tickets) to different countries.
Do i have to present them all over again everything for me and my husband or just documents regarding me? Or these documents not required??

Thank you for the help

You can apply on November 18th 2014.

You don't need to provide same documents for naturalisation as you have had to for ILR and if you are the one applying than it is documents only related to you.
In addition to your list you need to submit your passports, fill AN form and get 2 referees.

From 15/12/2014, if you are the spouse of a British citizen.

A better way to interpret this is that you need to prove that the marriage is still maintained. Are you living together? Can you prove this? If you are not living together, are you still actively in a marriage-like relationship? Can you prove this? Etc, etc.... That's the kind of thing they are looking for.

You only need the marriage certificate for naturalisation applications, not all the cohab documents.
