WHO ELSE CAN I CONTACT APART FROM 0300??

Hey guys
I have been calling the same number 0300 222 0000 and still getting the same answer. My passport application is nearly 8 weeks now I had my interview last January 2,2015 and after 3 days I received a letter saying I need a proof of address so I sent it to them.now I dont know how long will it take. I have a trip booked on the 16th
