Hello

I applied from British Citizenship on January 13, 2015 through NCS.

I was advised the application details and reference number will be informed to me via email by Friday.

I have not heard anything back or received any information in my email.

Any experience as to when these information are normally passed on to the application.

Any advise on this will be much appreciated.

You will get the reference number after they take the application fee from your bank account

HO will send you a letter inform you of the receipt of your application and there will be reference number on it in the top right corner.

What's the difference between the reference number on the letter and the case ID on the email and which one should be used when contacting the HO? Thanks

I did not receive an email. Only letter from HO.
