Hi Everyone,
First of all i would like to thank everyone for this wonderful forum ,its great help to each other.

I have few queries and hope some one an anwser it .

1) I got my ILR on 12th May 2014 , am i eligible to apply after 12th May 2015 ? I have booked for 13th May 2015 through NCS will it be OK ?
2) if i can apply on 13th May 2015 , is it mandatory requirement to be present on 13th May 2010 (same date 5 years back) ?
3) I satisfy the KOLL requirememnt after Oct 2013 rule changes during my ILR in May 2014 , do i still need to meet the requirment ?
During my ILR i provided LIUKT, letter from University with degree taught in english (No points for English in th ePBS table).
Do i need to submit documents again for KOLL ?

Appreciate response.

1) Yes. The 13th is fine for you to send the application with NCS.
2) Yes, well actually I think it's the 14th May 2010 (since that's the date 5 years before they receive the application)

You must ensure that you were physically present in the UK on the equivalent date 5 years previous to the day the UKVI receive your application.

Thanks yes i was in UK 14th May 2010, but then i was out of country from 22nd May 2010 for 3 months, hoping HO receive the application before 22nd May.
Also how would they confirm the leave exit , is it through Passport stamps if yes do we need to provide the coipies of visa stamps along with the application OR NCS will do it for us?

NCS will copy your documents. HO has your full history so can check your travel. Check with NCS where you are applying how frequently they send applictions as some do them weekly and others do them daily.

Hi ,

I got one doubt regarding day the application received by HO. Ex If I have landed 14.30 in UK say on April 25th 2010 and if I submit 24th to NCS and HO receives the application on 25th then does it mean I am physically present 5 years ago. My confusion is that I am not present all day.

Thank You

It is any part of the day. 25th is a Saturday, so date of application will be the Monday.

Thank you for the information. But I was giving the example dates. Actual the day I am going to give say Wednesday and HO receives on Thursday then on Thursday 5 years ago I landed in UK say 14.30.

I have read in many threads that the day or departure or arrival is not counted as absence. But I want to make sure.

Yes, that's correct. Once you have landed, you are considered present in the UK on that day.
