Hi,

I have submited my naturalisation application as per below dates:
Criteria :: 5yrs tier1 + 1yr ILR
Nationality. Indian
Type :: NCS - Cambridge
Date of submission...................10/04/2015
Date of biometrics enrolment letter...05/05/2015
Date of biometrics enrolment at post-office...11/05/2015

Now I have received another letter dated 04/06/2015 stating that I have not yet enroled biometrics and that I have 10 working days to do so.

I have emailed the nationality applications contact email ID but not sure when I will get a response.

Please help with these questions:
1. Has anyone else received such a letter after enrolling biometrics?
2. Any idea how long they take to respond to queries sent by email?
3. Any other advice for what I should do in this situation pls?

As regards item 3, I would also give them a call. Rhis is really bizzare.
