Hi,

Me, Spouse and Elder Child born Outside UK - all hold ILR since 10 months now.
Youger Child born in UK Before we got ILR - Have an Indian passport and expired Tier 1.

1. I know for me and Spouse its AN Naturalisation. For younger Child born in UK before our ILR its MN1.
Now for my Elder Child (born Outside) who has ILR - Its MN1 or AN please?

2. Also I know some Council offer combo application facility, so I am looking to submit 2 ANs + 1 MN1 + whatever form Elder child needs + 4 Passport applications together. Hopw this is fine please?

3. Now since its a combo application, what do I expect next - what will I recieve a Accepted Letter or a Passport straightaway? or Applications Accepted letter first, then Oath and then Passports without having to fill any more forms? or?

4. This Fees form which includes £80 Oath Ceremony says 'Nationality registration - child' fee is 749
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _03_30.pdf

and this Form which does NOT include £80 Oath fee also says Nationality (British Citizenship) registration child fee is 749
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... 016-17.pdf

So whats the MN1 fee please? and if for my Elder Child also I have to use MN1 form - will the fee change for him?

5. As per paying the fee can I make 1 draft for all Fees. i.e. 1005 + 1005 for 2 ANs + 749 + 749 for two MN1s + passport fee (82.25 +82.25 + 55.75 + 55.75) please?

Assist Please.

Thanks & Regards
Kyborg

1. If the child is under 18 then it's MN1.

You can not get your passport until you are British, that is you have attended a ceremony and received your Citizenship Certificate.

There is a combined application process some Posts have been talking about.

So I was wondering the sequence of events of a combined NCS application.

I have edited my post and added some questions there as well.

Any ideas Please?

Thanks & Regards,

I don't see how you can apply for a passport without being British, are you saying they will complete the citizenship applications and you'll return for a passport application? A link to this service would be helpful for me to comment.

Amber it's a relatively new pilot NCS scheme being offered by a few Councils. Here's a thread:

and this link give a clear explanation of the BC/Passport application.

Thanks Casa, living up north we get left out ;-)

The passport interview scheme was an absolute farce anyway - think there was only 1 refusal I ever knew about.
