Should I go?
Should I withdraw my application ??

You shouldn't be worried if you have nothing to hide.

Just go there, enjoy the conversation and be relaxed.

Best of luck

Why are you worried? Was your certificate obtained via proxy?

Did you use deception in ILR?

They will gauge your English and if you ate at level B1 then you have nothing to worry about.

No but they are thinking that everyone got proxy
And on the basis of that they are cancelling ILR
What will happen if I will not go there for interview???

As long as your English is fine, they will not cancel your ILR.

Not going for interview will make it more fishy.

Please let me know when u will come back
I spoke with 3-4 solicitors and they have recommended that
Don't go there otherwise they will deport you from uk
Coz of TOEIC
One thing I would like to let you know that
I had applied for TIER-4 student visa on 28/03/2012
And I had appeared in TOEIC in October or November 2011
when I applied for student visa on the basis of TOEIC
And it was refused and one year I was on appeal on 17/10/13
My 10-year got completed and I switch my application from
TIER-4 to ILR
I am just worried about COZ of TOEIC
Otherwise I have no problem to go there
Could anyone please suggest me what should I do now
As solicitors are saying k withdraw ur application or
Don't go for interview.

What should I do and where I should go???
Will it effect on my ILR Coz of TOEIC or not?????

then no one in the world can deport you.

Those ppl are very clever. They will not be unfair.

Just go there, answer the questions and you are done.

best of luck!!

Also, I am not sure why will a solicitor say you something like that for no reason.

May be for making money solicitors asking me to withdraw
Your application and finish this tension
And apply later after two year or three year
I was surprised and was talking with myself if such kind
Of people's are giving wrong suggestions then UKBA should kick
Them off from uk
I have seen in thousands of people's who got fake wedding
Fake tests
With distinction they got British Passport and they didt get any
Interview call
I am much surprised Coz of their call
They are very unfaire and not very clever
they are just kicking out those who were innocent and they didt
But those college owners who were doing these illegal things
They are running other colleges with new name and preying 5- times a day
Honestly speaking it's really disappointing.

Why do you think you will be deported? And why do the 3 or 4 Solicitors think that you will be deported? Are these solicitors genuine? Why do you think withdrawing the application will solve your problems or that not going to the interview will make the problem go away? If you do not attend the interview, your application will be rejected. But if you have a clean record as you claim, I don't see why you would want to bunk the interview. But I'm really puzzled by the advice given by these 3 or 4 solicitors as well as the anxiousness. Why???
