Could somebody help me with question 1.3 on the citizenship application form please? I am a bit confused as I am not sure what exact date they asking for. I am in the UK since August 2006, got my working permit straight away and working continuously since then. I am from Slovakia.

Do you realise that you will lose your Slovakian citizenship if you are granted British Citizenship??

You don't have ILR so leave blank and complete relevant section for EU citizens. Do you have a DCPR (document certifying permanent residency)??

Only if I report it by myself. The goverment has no power to find out and confiscate anybody's citizenship.

I got everything else.
