Question on FAQ: ESOL at B1 CEFR Level 3 from Oct 2014 with ILR

Hi, need your assistance...

My wife gave Entry Level 3 ESOL / B1 CEFR in Oct 2014 from Extra Learning UK Centre, and we obtained ILR based on that in April 2015.

Now we planning to neutralize based on this qualification - but the FAQ says ESOL is not acceptable any more. But the Guide says its has to be B1 CEFR or higher - which her qualification is - I mean the document says both ESOl & CEFR as well- so I am confuse:
- since she obtained ILR already based on this qualification - does she need take the qualification or not?
- and I also don't see the centre on below link as well, but since ILR is done - why do they need to see the qualification again? https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... entres.pdf

- If she has to give the exam again, could you point me to the Link to re book it please?

Assist Please.

Thanks,
kyborg
